Fixing the BBC's removal of HLS streams in MinimServer

The BBC has decided to remove the streams I was using via MinimServer to play R3 through my impressive stereo. This was fixed by

• Switching to a different URL in the Playlist 

#EXTINF:-1,[+R3;aac,48000] BBC Radio 3

• Installing a pre-compiled instance of ffmpeg 
• Putting it in the minimserver/opt/bin directory
• Adding a converter to the MinimStream config to use it

• Restarting everything

Hurrah. At least until the next idiotic BBC action.
